Emma & Louise
Paramount House comes complete with two very efficient and hard-working Office Managers. They get on really well and make teamwork look easy, both have ample common sense and don’t muck around when it comes to providing a reliable, informed and friendly office experience.
I have been working at Paramount House since the building opened as Service Offices in 2014. My duties involve Sales and Marketing, finding lovely new clients, viewings, general management of current clients, invoicing and working alongside Emma to ensure the smooth running of the building. I also oversee the IT and telecoms for all new clients and liaise with all of our IT providers. I am a local girl who can run in heels as well as a hot sauce aficionado.
I have been with the company for nearly 4 years and based in Paramount House for over 3. I work alongside Louise overseeing the day to day management of the property such as answering phones, doorbells and am always available to help with any questions the clients come up with. In addition to this I oversee Business Rates, HR, Health and Safety, contractors, maintenance, advertising and various other bits of admin so the clients don’t have to. I’m from Devon originally and still a country girl at heart, nothing makes me happier than a long muddy dog walk. I also love a good cocktail!
- We get on really well with all our clients and are frequently referred to as ‘lifesavers’, ‘superstars’ and even on occasion ‘office pixies’ (which makes sense when you see us put up the Christmas decorations). Our aim is to be supportive and provide continuity as well as a comfortable working environment, and that is exactly what we do!
